How we work is as important as who we are.

Personal attention matters.  When you're our customer, you have one engineer who is the lead on your account, and one or more engineers who are assigned to your account as a primary or secondary resource.  This group works together on all of the issues related to your systems, and they're the ones who will work with you.  You'll find that this makes interacting with us much easier, as the same people will be present for everything.  They learn your applications inside and out, and they know what's being monitored and where the system needs the most attention.  This team works with you to design procedures for content updates, patching, and maintenance windows. When the monitoring system generates an alert, they're the people who get notified, and if one of them is on vacation, there are others who know about the environment filling in.
