We've deployed the Distributed Nagios eXecutor (DNX) in our environment to scale our Nagios implementation to an unlimited number of nodes responsible for host and service checks. Because our core infrastructure still runs on Gentoo, we've written and ebuild for the DNX system that you can retrieve from our portage overlay.
Like our other supported projects, we will keep this package updated as the DNX team releases new versions.
