Vigilance is never static. The Observer constantly adjusts his position, his movements and his readiness. He moves swiftly to intervene, saving the sick even before they know they have fallen ill.

Submitting an Urgent Ticket

If you are a managed services customer and have an urgent request, we encourage you to call us to open a service request.  Alternatively, you can submit a ticket via web or email with the word "Urgent" as the first word in the subject.  This will send an alert to the engineering staff who are on duty or on call at that time.  It's important that "Urgent" be the first word - if it's anywhere else in the subject, it will be treated as a normal ticket.

We ask that customers use this feature sparingly.  If you find that your production schedule pushes you toward urgent requests more often, we can work with you to adjust the procedures around your deployments so that we have the lead time necessary to fulfill your requests.
